AC Comet = AC Rogue?

Saw this article on IGN.. apparently, a Swiss gaming retailer might have leaked the last-gen Assassin's Creed title that was previously known as Assassin's Creed: Comet.

However... it was titled Assassin's Creed: Rogue and..

Wait for it..

It's going to be released on the same date as Assassin's Creed: Unity, Oct 28 2014.

Reading this just gives me a huge headache.. Are there going to be Collectors' Editions and other merchandise accompanying this release as well? Or is it just going to be a side game with not much focus, similar to when AC Liberation released alongside AC III?

Interesting times await as we draw closer to Gamescom..
