Borderlands 2 coming to PlayStation VR

It's been a long time since I got excited for anything related to PlayStation VR but this is awesome! Borderlands 2 is coming to PS VR!

This coming December 14 will see a retooled version of Borderlands 2 make its way to the VR platform..

The VR version will be come with a new control scheme and significantly reworked to make it VR friendly.

There will be a new game mechanic; 'BAMF Time' (BadAss Mega Fun Time) which slows down time. This will be included in Skill Trees.

This will be a single-player game only, so some co-op related skills will be replaced.

Driving vehicles will also be in first-person where vehicle weapons are controlled by head movement.

Players can choose either standard controller movement or point-to-point movement.

The game will support both PlayStation Move & DualShock 4 controllers.

You can choose to play from among the 4 original characters; Axton the Commando, Maya the Siren, Salvador the Gunzerker, or Zer0 the Assassin.

It looks like the game will only be released digitally on the PlayStation Store. Pre-orders will receive a Borderlands 2 VR PS4 theme.

I think it would be really cool to play this game on PS VR. The games were always in first-person view so this will be just perfect. 

This would be a great Borderlands fix while we wait for Borderlands 3.. would definitely get this if I had a PlayStation VR. 

Unfortunately, there just isn't enough PS VR games for me to invest in one but yes.. hope to see more games like this please!
